"TACKLING the future with optimism, the City of Sheffield Youth Orchestra present their spring concert this Saturday at the Victoria Hall on Norfolk Street.
Having being ambassadors for Sheffield in the UK and Europe, the City Council has thanked them by withdrawing its funding forcing the orchestra to go independent and to look for alternative means of financial support if it wants to survive."
